- Jack up front and rear of vehicle and get into shop. Attempt to charge battery in the vehicle. Check all fuses in all fuse boxes. Jump right front power seat motor to move seat so we could gain access to nuts and bolts that hold chair in place. Remove right front seat from vehicle. Check battery connections. found all tight. Check for corrosion around battery cables. None found. Remove battery from vehicle and perform load test. Found battery dead. Attempt to charge battery for 2 hours. Perform load test again on battery and watch voltage drop sharply as soon as load is put on battery. Install new battery that was on right front floor. Start vehicle. Perform complete electrical system test on battery, alternator and starter. Check for draw on electrical system. All tests passed. Reinstall passenger chair and road test
